We get that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel.

If you are unable to make your appointment, please kindly notify your Esthi Bestie, Julia (520-549-8485) or Jessica (520-909-6529) as soon as possible to reschedule.

Everyone’s time is valuable; therefore, we have the following policies in place: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a 30% charge of the scheduled service on the clients card on file. Same-day cancelations will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. No-Call/No-Show appointments will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service clients card on file.

No Children Policy

Due to the older age of our building sound carries very quickly and loudly. We are surrounded by other businesses who specialize in facials and have a spa-like environment. They deserve a peaceful environment for their clients. We are kindly requesting that children are left at home and will not be accompanying you to your appointment. If another adult is present in the care of your children and have the means to walk them around outside while your appointment is scheduled that is fine.

We are both mothers and understand kids will be kids however, we want to keep our studio as clean and professional as possible. Not only for us but for the other businesses who surround us. We thank you for your understanding and for being such loyal clients.
